Background information

The project showcased here was developed through multiple, carefully planned stages. Each stage included specific instructions or guidelines designed to build on each other and work towards unified objectives.

The first stage required a thorough site analysis and producing a 100m2 single-house on a 300m2 lot, focusing on "integration of structure, spatial occupation, materiality and light."

The second stage required working as a team of four designers integrating four individually designed projects of three units, developing a medium-density mixed-use housing project of 12 units.

The third and final stage required revisiting the final project from Stage 2 and evaluating its design and presentation to identify improvement areas.
